She made 3d designs of my rooms in store and later sent through the pictures so I could show my wife. The showroom is well stocked, Kim made everything easy, lots of choices. We're now thinking of redoing our timber floors so will be straight back to see Kim ”

“The tiles themselves were great. They were of a good quality and would definitely use them again. Where my experience was let down was at the pickup in store. I was the only customer in the store at Alexandria when I arrived it took 15 minutes for someone to appear to help me only to be told I have to go around to the pickup part of the factory which I did and then had to wait another 15mins for them to help me. I received an email to say this order was ready for collection however my order was up on the top rack in the warehouse, and they had to move 4 pallets to get to my order. What should have been a relatively simple pick up turned into us being there for an hour waiting to pick up 14 boxes. ”

“Required 0.5sqm of tiles. NT Could not supply via Brisbane Showroom. Delivery was 4 x the cost of the tiles. Drove out to the Tile Depot to collect the 0.5sqm tiles. Depot stuffed up the order. Had to wait ages for them to find the correct order. Will never deal with National Tiles again.”

“I bought tiles for a project in Drummoyne, I dealt with Siba on the commercial side who was always extremely accomodating and helpful. I on multiple occasions needs some tiles in a rush due to my own mistakes, Siba both times went above and beyond to get me the tiles I needed in the timeline I had. I could not recommend Siba at National Tiles highly enough. ”

“We purchased tiles and grout and then realised that we were short a few boxes 22 months later when our tiler came to do the job. We purchased 4 boxes and ended up having two left over as well as the grout. National Tiles gave us a refund with out any fuss. Would definitely buy from them again. Great service.”

“Just poor systems. I purchased tiles for a bathroom from Nat Tiles Mile End on Wed 6th of March. The staff (who are actually very nice) told me the Tiles were waiting at Nailsworth for collection. This was then supported by a text notifying me they were ready. Upon arrival at Nailsworth the tiles could not be found, and the very nice store manager told me they would courier the tiles from the Wingfield warehouse on Thursday the 7th. A phone call on the 7th informed me there were none in South Australia and they would arrive by Wed 13th of March via courier at my house. On the 13th PM I called to check where the stock was and the very nice lady who took my call instructed me they were still in Victoria and had not yet been shipped. She said she would follow it up and a store rep would call me. As promised a rep from the store called me and said the tiles were on the way and I would get a message that they are ready for me to collect (courier promise removed) at Wingfield by the end of the week (15/3). Now another week has passed and no further communication has been received. I only bought the tiles as they were in stock and I would have picked something else if I had known the issues that would unfold. I will never buy from Nat Tiles again.”
