“We purchased our new BBQ and the White Glove Service. We were told it would be a two week wait. No problem, waited for the call, it never came. Finally rang them at three weeks, they were quick to say it was assembled and ready to deliver the next day. Great openend up the back gate, they delivered it to my garage, said it was a bit difficult to put together and said the lid needed a steel cleaner to take off the residue from the plastic he took off. I asked if that was it and he said yep all yours just needs a gas bottle and it was ready. Gobsmacked, that is the white glover service!!!! Hubby and I were not happy and had to get it through our grass area on to the pergola with causing damage to our lawn or the BBQ. Once that was done Hubby found some loose screws and had trouble with the ignition switch. With time and trouble shooting we got it sorted but we believe the build wasn't up to the standard it should have been. The White Glove Service is a NO Glove Service with very little customer service skills.”
