“When I purchased the tyres the website indicated a Friday delivery, this then became Monday and ended up being Wednesday which would not be an issue if you didn’t live 300km from the fitting place, as such I had to buy an extra nights accommodation so the $80 I saved per tyre totalling $160, however accommodation cost me $250 and an extra day off work. Pretty disappointed. The guys who fitted the tyres were AMAZING I suspect the website provides favourable dates to lure in customers then they revert to the dates being a suggestion only - perhaps provide customers with tracking advice so the customers can track the order - when I called tyres sales they had no idea of an eta - no tracking advice - in fact I had a call from their customer service team “after” the tyres had been fitted they were due to arrive the next day - seems no one knows what’s going on!”

“The pricing and the service was great. The fitting service was fantastic. The picture used for the tyre was deceiving. Whilst it was only a 15" tyre we purchased for the vehicle, the picture made it out to be a lot more chunky and all terrain that the tyre we actually received. If i had been aware it was going to be just like a road tyre in terms of tread, and not like the picture i would have chosen a different tyre model.”
