“It’s been more than a month since I placed my order and my item is not yet delivered. Says on the confirmation order it will be delivered 5 to 15 business days. Called customer support and they can’t do much about it. Was meant to be for my partner’s birthday gift and now my partner hasn’t received any birthday gift from me.”

“Terrible service, website is fall of lies. Company tells you that delivery will be 5to7 days. Already been almost a month with no delivery and they believe there will be a further 2 weeks. Completely unacceptable. You will get a email saying stock running low but it's just a trick to get you to buy something that you may believe you are going to miss out if you don't as supplies are low. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Very disappointing.”
