“We had a tricky installation to be done on two sets of French Doors. Vincent guided them through production but sadly, what could go wrong did! With Vincent’s constant follow up we did get all the bits needed to finalise the shutters in time for Christmas! The Venetians to match were much easier and splendid! Well done Vincent and Blinds on the Net!”

“The blind we ordered was exactly what we had hoped for in terms of quality and ease of installation. Delivery was prompt despite warnings of flood delays etc. Only improvement would be if a YouTube could be available showing real time steps to install. Our new blind has made a huge difference in cooling our bedroom and it looks great too.”

“Ordering was simple and the instructions were clear. I had a long wait for delivery and no response to my email inquiry (which made me begin to think I'd been scammed). But then the blind turned up and it fitted perfectly and was easy to install and looks very good. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend them, (but don't expect any communication). PS The first and only email I received was on 31/10. There isn't and hasn't been anything in my junk folder. Perhaps Blinds on the Net should check their Drafts folder!”

“I would LOVE nothing more than to give Blinds on the Net 5 stars BUT our experience has been frustrating! Venetians worked a treat…..side hinged Shutters, not so much! Firstly they came with top & bottom hinges ( and the relative housing on each shutter). Easily fixed by sending the correct L profile styles and 12 pin hinges. L styles arrived some 7 days later, along with 3 hinges only. We are now waiting for the remaining hinges, but there is NO sense of urgency here. I’m sure Customer Service tries their best, but something gets lost in translation!”

“I had three sets of Roman blinds costing about $5k. One blind was wider in the middle than the top and bottom the blind butts up to another blind so now I have a large gap so the blinds don’t touch. I have emails twice but received no email reply. I have spoken to Vincent twice and he has never called me back as promised to resolve this.”
