“This is my initial review, watch the space for more detailed review comes up soon. Just this is heads up whoever is building or thinking of building with A1A homes, I have build home with these guys one of the worst experience which I had so far during the construction they don't have dedicated good supervisors, changed quite a few and no notification until I ask what is the status. Apart from this building completion took more time and also handover done with few more items to fix which has been 2 months still not done, chasing up so many time but no luck. One more biggest regret is worst ever seen maintenance support , these guys don't have dedicated post construction team to look after issues, again have to go back to supervisor which is nightmare to get things done on time. I am an amid investor build so many with small and upto volume builder never seen this kind of builders. These guys not able to finish inflight so many projects and also start new projects, just asking so many times price variance which were signed 11 months ago which they don't have proper planning.”

“So we built our forever home with A1A homes and we had a really good experience with them. We can tell that the attention to detail inside the home was on point and are sooo happy with our new home! Plans took some time and some delays with Covid, but really are soo happy with the outcome! would highly recommend A1A Homes to anybody who is looking at building a custom home.”

“Worst and unprofessional guys to deal with. They installed 14Kw Daikin unit at our newly built house and its not working since day one. After following up 100 times they came and found no problem. Issue escalated to Daikin and they blamed Punjab Aircon for poor workmanship. No one takes responsibilities. I have 3 year old son with Asthma and sinus issue. They don't care if your family has to go thru this because of their poor services. Complaint lodge to Consumers Affairs.”

“We decided to build with A1A Homes for our investment townhouses and they were wonderful to build with. We knew exactly what type of building we were after and they knew exactly how we can achieve the overall duplex. Would recommend these guys, they were reasonably priced compared to the big builders and would use them again for our next project.”

“We have built our first home with A1A Homes in Donnybrook and it has been a great experience for our first home. We weren't sure of the steps needed to build and they really guided us throughout the build. We recommend them to anyone looking to build especially for the first time. They were there to answer any questions we had during the build and gave us good tips on colour selections. we love our new home!”

“A1A Homes were fantastic they helped us in every moment from day one. As this was our first time home building experience and A1A Homes team helped in every decision for our dream home. They helped us in every appointment and advised us what is best for our home. The helped us in choosing the things which we were not aware of. A1A Homes helped us in choosing the right floor plan as per our lot. The designer drew the plan 10 times for us but he never complained. At stages we were getting out of budget but our Project Coordinator really helped us in tweaking small things and we were able to accomplish a beautiful outcome within limits. We definitely recommend A1A Homes”
