“Fantastic purchasing experience! Website was easy to navigate, all costs inc. delivery were clear prior to hitting the pat button. All with a personal touch too, I'd mistakenly ordered only one set of knives so submitted a subsequent order, the owner called to double check it wasn't a duplicated order prior to processing. Delivery was easy to track and I also received a friendly reminder email to pick up from the post office too.
