“I see my issue is the same as many of you, I purchased a four poster bed in September 2023. Was then emailed to say it was not in stock, asked me if I still wanted the bed. I did. December 2023 received email saying the bed was in stock and it would be delivered asap. Still waiting, many emails later, no communication from the Bed Factory apart from one email when i emailed them and said it was a scam, they quickly emailed me back stating it wasn'ta scam. Then nothing!! I just want my money back so I too can go buy a bed from a good company. ”

“I loved the look of the designs of their bed frames and despite the bad reviews I hoped they sorted things out but nevertheless the abundant bad reviews are still the case for bedroom factory. I hope that in the coming weeks they can sort this out. I ordered a bed base on the 20th of Feb and was promised dispatch from Melbourne within 2 - 4 days and delivery between 2 - 6 days within VIC. Similar to the plethora of other reviews I haven't heard a single thing about delivery dates or even the dispatch of my purchased item. I have contacted them through every mode of contact they offer and have not heard a single thing either. Get your things together please you have some promising items that would do very well if wasn't for the overwhelming amount of bad reviews and woeful support team and delivery times.”

“I ordered a bed frame on 19 Dec. Delivery time on this item said 3-10 days for my area. Still waiting now over 6 WEEKS later. I emailed for an update and their reply email said "Nice to chat with you, I’m working hard to make things easy. Luke, Owner" This company is clearly a scam and I feel stupid for not reading reviews before purchasing.”

“I ordered from this company on the 16th of January, the processing time outlined after payment was up to 8 days. It has now been almost 3 weeks with no shipping or tracking number provided. Numerous emails sent with no replies. Attempts to call numbers on website however they do not dial out. Have requested a refund with no response. This is outrageous. Do not purchase this company is a scam. UPDATE: over a month and still no direct response to my emails and refusal of a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND IGNORE YOU.”

“I'd give them negative stars, one star is still too generous. They are scammers, don't be fooled by their responses to your review promising a refund etc, I've had the similar experience and have been waiting since October for my items. Have reached out to the authorities to report them. Save your money and the hassle, they don't even deserve a penny of your hard earned money and you'll never see your products nor your money. Also them claiming that Amber is new, I've been dealing with Amber since October, no way they're new, also their response that it's under new management, again been hearing the same from their past responses dating back to early last year.”

“This company is a scam I bought my bed and now have not been able to contact them to cancel the order after no confirmation or communication on their end. I have tried to call … nothing “phone not connected” they’re stealing peoples money! I have disputed it with the bank but no reassurances that I can get my money back at all. All there social media platforms have scam warning in the comment sections. Please don’t buy from them.”

“Terrible Customer service. Order no. BF13062 Ordered a bedframe with bedsheets. Bedframe arrived but product didnt look like material we purchased + the drawers don't work properly. Also the bedsheets never arrived. We tried to contact BF instantly, receiving responses saying they will get back to us within 1-2 business days. That was 3 weeks ago. We have texted, called, emailed and nothing has been done to fix the refund. I will happily remove this review if we get the bed picked up and refunded our payment. Steer clear of this Instagram scam.”

“I never write bad reviews but I am very frustrated with this company. I wish I looked at these reviews before I made any purchase. They said they will send my items but the end of the week and I have followed up three times and have heard NOTHING. I don’t understand how a company like this is still operating.”

“If I could rate them a 0 I would but I even think that isn’t low enough considering the experience I have had via their customer service. I paid $4000 for 2 bed frames back in September and after they received my payment have since ghosted me. They never reply to my emails, their phone number is either cut off or doesn’t ring and when I can finally get in contact with them they make promises they can never keep, miss deadlines or have short copy and pasted answers. I was originally told the end of November, then the first week of December, then the following week another response saying their has been further delays and now I’m not even getting a response as to when this will be completed. I have left voicemails and never received a call back, booked appointments for a phone discussion with someone which never called. This place is a scam and I am in constant panic that my $4000 has now vanished. I have no idea how this company is running and how they can treat people like this after taking their money. After reading the other reviews it’s so disappointing this has happened to so many people I just want my money refunded. Please anyone else considering ordering something be warned STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!”

“Omg ! I m so frustrated with these ppl .i ordered bed from them more than a month ago. N yet haven’t received my bed. When I contacted them for refund . They kept me hanging for another month. I told them that I am gonna report them to ACC and they said they gonna refund my money. It’s been 3 weeks further n we are still waiting . It’s been 3 months . Caused so much stress and unnecessary time wasting chasing these fraud ppl around . They deserve 0 star but I can’t select that . Please don’t buy from them . Please report them . They are online fraud . They are not running businesses but a scam to steal money from ppl who want to save some money .”

Dec 14/15 sent emails, messages to both their landline and mobile....no responses at all. Having read the reviews I'm getting really worried. In my last message I asked for order cancellation and a full refund.”
