“I ordered my tyres over the phone with Dan at Belconnen who was super engaging and empathetic to my crazy schedule as we were in the middle of moving house. Once I arrived for my tyres, again Dan was great. Confirming all details and thoroughly communicated everything to me Re fitting, wheel balance, if any issues were detected and time frame.”

“I purchased a set of 4 Bridgestone Ecopia tyres with fitting, balancing and a wheel alignment at the Bridgestone Select Narellan store. The whole experience from booking the appointment, through to drop off and the personalised inspection/check was fantastic. The team were easy going, professional, honest and upfront. Not only did they perform the job on time, they also inspected a wheel shudder issue I was having and provided a diagnosis and were transparent about costs to repair. The video updates they sent via text during the appointment was an extra touch to the already seamless experience. Rarely do you have such a great experience but the team at Narellan deserve the credit for great customer service. Will definitely use their services again!”

“After getting a flat tyre on Sunday, I arrived at Bridgestone Cleveland first thing on Monday morning. Manager Frank surveyed the two back tyres which were a little low on tread. He ordered 2 new tyres & I was back on the road by early afternoon. Great service & professional treatment.”
