“"cabinets-online", "cabinetsondemand" or "Aneka Kitchens" is the perfect example of how not to work with customers if you expect repeat orders. Up-front they were helpful, their designer came back with corrections and updates to help us fit what we wanted into their ordering system for the minimum cost. Based on this I placed my order and paid my deposit with an expected production time of around 2 weeks. As this time arrived I contacted service to get an updated ETA only to get told that they were pushing my order down the queue because of some larger commercial order. A week later I called again, was promised an investigation, no call back. Called again 3 days later, another callback promised, once again, no callback but I did get an email stating that they had delayed my order by another 2 weeks. As I write this I am still waiting for production. Fortunately, this order was only for a single set of wardrobe linings in preparation for a far larger order to essentially replace all the cabinetry in the house, I will definitely not be going back though and suggest everyone else avoid them as well.”
