“We ordered a under bench fridge and we had the first 2 fridges both damaged in transit which wasn’t the issue as they offered to send a new fridge each time but in the 3rd time we got delivered another damaged fridge and when I emailed them to let them know I had no response. I understand the first 2 times was an issue with the courier but the 3rd time to get a damaged fridge again and no response to have it replaced or fixed has made this a terrible experience.”
