“I had no problem with the installer. All I want to say is if you don’t hear back from people they are satisfied, most people will complain if they are NOT satisfied. Being sent another email about a review is annoying. That’s why you lost a point.”

“Although the gentleman who came to my home was excellent my only complaint is when I went to inspect the work, there was mess everywhere. I think the least they can do is clean up after themselves. As mentioned the man who did the job was 10/10 in everything else.”

“The whole system worked only for a day on Saturday 05/02/2022. Upon installation, your technician linked everything but said the unit was not connecting to the internet. He tried several options but could not make it work. There were no data coming up on the app itself. He then said once connected it will work. We only found later that afternoon that there were issues with the App itself. The whole process was a waste of time. The unit and the associated app is dumb. The issue is just by putting a unit (that does not function properly) the supplier will be able to claim VEET certificates.”
