“I find the positive reviews questionable and query if they are genuine. Our experience, is that they cant, be that large of an organisation as they cant tell us when our furniture will get from Perth to Adelaide. While the front staff seem nice and I guess they have to be because they cant never give you a date . Our Furniture has been there now going on 7 weeks I would avoid and use one of the bigger company next time”

“It’s a shame because my experience with Keys started so well. The problems started after picking up the furniture for shipment to Melbourne. After storing the furniture in Perth for 2 weeks I let them know that I wanted it to be shipped. Then I heard nothing for 1 month. It was during the Christmas period so I cut them some slack but when I enquired as to whether the furniture had been shipped and when it would be delivered I received a response saying that someone from Operations was supposed to keep me informed and they would get them to call me. After 3 days of not receiving a call or an email I again contacted the Sales person – who did not bother to respond. At this point I still don’t know whether my furniture has left Perth, in fact I didn’t know where it was or when it would be delivered. I am assuming they have lost it and are fobbing me off until they find it. I called and spoke to the Sales Manager to complain and he said that he would contact their partner in Melbourne to get it delivered and that it had been in Melbourne since the beginning of December. It was now the second week in January. After telling the Sales Manager that I was not in Melbourne and asking for them to call me to organise a delivery time, I received a call telling me the delivery was booked in for the time that I was not in Melbourne. When I told them I wouldn’t be there, which I had already told them they went to hang up on me. I had to ask if we could organise a time then and there as I didn’t think I would ever hear from them again. To top it all off – I received a text telling me that they delivery would be between 9.30am and 11.30am – they arrived at 8.30am when I wasn’t available. At no time did anyone advise me or keep me up to date on my furniture, when I contacted people I got no response and when I did complain they didn’t even bother to apologise. If you want no communication, the world’s longest delivery time, enjoy dealing with incompetence and no apology when things go wrong – this is the mover for you.”

“From the initial phone call to delivery the service was excellent. All the staff were professional, friendly and added in the mix they all had a great sense of humour. The pricing was not Exorbitant, in fact they came in at just over 1 thousand dollars under their competitor. I would definitely recommend and use Keys moving solution again. It was a pleasure to deal with a company that still believes in customer service as this seems to be a dying art in today’s society.”

“Do not use this company. They are fantastic until you sign the quote. They advised 1 month delivery from Perth to NZ, however fine print is 1 month on the water I am now unsure when my belongings will arrive, so am left with 1 suitcase of clothes for over 3 months. Cost was expensive for the service and wait time. Extremely dissatisfied with Keys The Moving Solution. They do not care about the customer at all, its all about the income for this company”
