“I returned to Luxaflex in Midland as the blinds I bought for my house when I moved in 14 years ago had a broken cord. Tim had moved to another shop front in the intervening time . However we discovered that the type of cord was no longer available so a new set of blinds were needed. Tim came and measured up and after I had given my deposit was told it would be 6 weeks to delivery. In fact it was a shorter time. We had chosen a new colour shade as I had repainted my kitchen since the original set were installed . In the years between the new and old blinds designs had changed and the cords are now child proof but the quality of the product and the service given to me was exceptional and I would recommend Luxaflex Midland to any of my friends as a great business to contact if they need blinds ”
