“IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE JOB! WE WERE QUOTED FOR FULL COUCH CLEAN WHICH WAS NOT DONE. STAINS WHICH WEREN'T EVEN ATTEMPTED TO BE REMOVED. DIDNT EVEN VACUUM THE COUCH BEFORE COMMENCING WHICH WAS STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE. AND HE LEFT MY FLOORS SOAKING WET WHICH I HAD TO CLEAN AFTER HE LEFT. WHEN CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS YELLED AT AND TREATED LIKE CRAP. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BEFORE STARTING AND THEN DO A TERRIBLE JOB AND LEAVE. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. THE TERRIBLE REVIEWS ARE ACCURATE”

“This company was one of 3 recommended by the real estate agent for our end of lease clean. While quoting and price seemed ok the cleaners broke a mirror and did not report it. When we raised a complaint they sent photos of the mirror in the other bathroom pretending there was nothing wrong. Of course we weren’t able to inspect everything at the end of the clean because all the floors were still wet from mopping. Also, before cleaning was completed we were hounded for payment, which now means there’s no chance of us getting the mirror replaced. Terrible experience.”

“WHY CANT I GIVE 0 STARS? This is the worst cleaning company I have ever used. They are complete con artists. Happy to agree a price with you to win the business, but they reserve the right to change that price on arrival - which they did to me by an extra few hundred dollars knowing it was too late for me to back out (it was an end of lease clean) They also tried to cancel on me at the last moment by pretending their car had broken down, only to arrive on time when I demanded they arrive. Ended up costing me $700 for a small 2 bedroom apartment. Approx 3hrs work all up. I also had to pay for their parking. Do your research as this ended up being double what most of their competitors charge.”

“Don't use this company. Total rip off. Charged me over $600 to do an end of lease clean. Did such a poor job that the real state called in their own cleaners which cost me another $600. When I complained, I got sent a letter telling me the reason for the poor cleaning was because the house was too big and some bs about prices being higher in Sydney than in Melbourne and if I wanted a reclean, deposit another $600 into their account. When I rang to report my complaint and asked where they were based, the woman on the phone said "overseas, in Perth". When I questioned her about Perth being overseas, she then said Melbourne. DODGY AS. Also when I first booked their "services", they made the mistake of thinking the property was in Melbourne instead of Sydney despite the fact that I emphasised Epping NSW, meaning that I had to ask the real estate for an extra day to vacate. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I'm currently researching who I can report this company to.”

“Avoid! Worse than all their bad reviews! I contacted ministry of cleaning to dry clean my couches. Not only did they come a day late and admittedly “Steam clean” my couches instead of dry cleaning them as I had specified ; they damaged the fabric of my couches beyond repair and cracked the leg of one chair . They then refused to answer my calls ; despite being happy to take my calls at the beginning and to demand pre- authorisation of my credit card before the work was done . Do not use them; the fact that they demand your credit card details they will do the job before speaks volumes . AVOID at all costs !!!!”

“The service provided by this organisation was so bad, our property managers had assumed it had not been cleaned. They created a laundry list of items required to be completed, all of which were to be done as per the cleaner's website for End of Lease Clean. When we raised a complaint, we were advised that we could have further service if we paid for even more work - which of course would be of the same quality as previously provided, or only provided well due to double paying. We expressed that this "resolution" was not sufficient as we had already been required to pay further money to another cleaning company - they proceeded to refuse to acknowledge the complaint further. We will be taking this up with VCAT. Do not use their service.”

“We recently used their service, would NOT recommend them. we used their tile cleaning service and they damaged our floor skirting at few places. When we informed them about it, they told us that it's because of sensitive wood or pre existing damage. The floor was also so sticky that we had to mop it couple of times. It feels like "Ministry of Hell".”

“The worst carpet cleaner ever. We had issues start when we book the service. I received a booking confirmation under someone else details. I do not know what happen to mine. Furthermore on the service it self, they made the stains that needs to be cleaned up becoming worse than before cleaning. Water marks ended up in everywhere and ruins my carpet. The technician came in late and tried to rush the work. I asked him to suck up more water as it was so wet but he refused. He told me that it will dry up 6-8 hours but in reality it took 4 full days (temperature outside was 28-37 degrees) to get it completely dry (leaving water marks in it). Please avoid them at all cost.”

“By far the WORST company I have ever dealt with. THEY LEFT MY HOUSE AND LEFT THE FRONT DOOR WIDE OPEN ALL DAY!!!! They arrived to do my bond clean and complained about dust on the floor and in the cupboard, wee on toilet seat (we have a 3 year old doing toilet training) Plus some plastic toys that must’ve been under the couch when we moved all the furniture out. Upon arrival they tried charging me $125 more than what I was quoted because there was “extra” work to clean the oven and throw away a tiny bit of rubbish that was under beds and couches that is now exposed since then being removed. An hour and half passed and they still hadn’t started cleaning so I ended up cancelling on the spot, loosing my deposit and was then charged a $50 cancellation fee. Cutting my loses and starting to find another company and attempting to forget this poor experience, Then at 8:30pm from my old neighbor advising my front door was left wide open all day and proceeds to send me photos of my front door left wide open. My partner had been at work and I had been looking after our kid in our new house. Meaning Ministry of cleaning were last people in my house. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE. SAVE YOURSELF THE NIGHTMARE THAT IS THIS COMPANY!”
