“I have given a of 4 starts because, the guy was good did his job and passed me straight away which was awesome. He let me know what needed to be done for minor issues. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because I needed a copy of the actual safety certificate. I was only emailed a reciept.. this is a big issue because I needed the certificate to prove my car was roadworthy, I’m just lucky that the person at the transport department was able to download the certificate.. You should give out hard copies to the vehicle owners or at least a downloadable version of the safety certificate as people might not know how to access it from the emails. Overall service was great BUT I was also charged $80 on the reciept but paid $99 so I’m guessing the guy who did my RWC pocketed $19.. this is something you should be telling people!!! Not too sure how I feel about this...”
