“After losing our cat earlier in the year we decided to investigate ways to allow our other cat access to the outside but restricted to the garden. Oscillot looked perfect in terms of ease of installation and it's appearance. Unfortunately it very quickly turned into a nightmare for us, giving us additional stress and anxiety as well as a huge waste of money. In a nutshell just avoid Oscillot, this product simply does not work and the company have mislead, refused to refund and won't even reply to emails anymore. We have an outdoor cat who now has to adjust to being an indoor cat and have wasted nearly £2k on an Oscillot cat proof fence in the garden doing nothing. Our garden layout is fairly simple, with a typical wooden slatted fence. After providing photos and dimensions to the sales team before ordering it all sounded good. We were advised to install perspex on a small part of our fence which had exposed vertical and horizontal supports, it was an additional expense but we were willing to do this. Installation was reasonably straight forward but did take a whole day for our medium sized garden. Unfortunately it quickly became apparent that our cat could quite simply climb over the Oscillot paddles. Now I can understand why wooden fences are easier for a cat to climb but having seen photos of previous installations that look identical to ours on their website in addition to having provided photos of our own fence to Oscillot before purchasing I really believe we have been mislead and lied to. Their suggestion was to purchase more perspex at our own expense to cover the top of fence for the entire perimeter not just the exposed supports. This was never mentioned anywhere in previous emails or their website, installation guide etc. until now. We're not prepared to go through with spending so much extra for something that is essentially doing the job the Oscillot should be doing. There is a Money Back Guarantee advertised on the website which sounded great when we purchased it as it sounded like a refund would be provided in the event that it doesn't work as intended. However Oscillot said we would have to implement everything they suggest, including the perspex. They could essentially suggest endless modifications at a huge expense of time and money to us, rendering the Money Back Guarantee worthless. The only refund that has been offered is for the unused parts but of course there are very few of those as they helped you work out the exact correct number of parts for your garden to begin with.”

“Tracking requires the use of a 3rd party app. After installing it requires access to my emails (which I'm not stupid enough to grant!) Even then it only allows Outlook and Gmail which I'm not necessarily using. Tracking is therefore useless. Also this review is sent to Trustpilot which has been show to full of fake reviews.”
