“After sales service is non existence, after purchasing my GMG Trek I called to enquire about the 12 volt power supply lead and was told by a staff member that someone would call me back tomorrow as it was 4:45pm and they were due to close at 5. Still waiting on a call back 3 weeks later. ”

Their choice of courier was excellent, and once collected by the courier, my order arrived in Sydney from Melbourne two days later. I would encourage keeping the customer informed with latest info at all times, as that will improve the overall customer experience and provide greater support for advocacy.”
