“Quoted to lay 9 metres of pipe and fix a repair $1495 including 4 hours labour . The plumber was here for 50 minutes and decided we didn’t need the water pipe because it was underground !!!!!! Where did they expect it to be - the first guy tried to turn off our water by twisting a retic solenoid this is when I knew I was in trouble !!!! Should have read the reviews as they aren’t responding to my concerns so I’ll share vividly on social media to compensate myself , never again 😂😂”

Called out to my elderly mums house as she had no power to be told the switchboard needed replacing in the meter box. Totally untrue and very expensive. She is a pensioner and believed the tradesmen. After speaking to a neighbor when the job was completed and paid in full her electrician had a look and we were told that it didn’t need replacing and she was totally ripped off!!! How dare they lie and are still able to trade. Should be ashamed of themselves. Keep complaining and do not use this company!”

“Got a quote from one plumber for $380, but they couldn't come for 3 days. We were desperate and called Pascoe. They charged $1280. We've been ripped off big time. The Pascoe guy told us the plumber who was going to charge $380 could never have done a "professional" job. They wont give you a quote over your phone they have to come out to your house, which puts the pressure on you to sign right away and not obtain other quotes.”

“Warning that this Company charges fixed price even if they don't do the whole job. Plumber came to check and clean sewerage line because it was blocked. By the time he arrived the blockage was gone but they checked it and did no cleaning as it wasn't required. Cost $1180 fixed price for half an hours work ( ie $2000 per hour). After a number of emails, the company agreed that it would reduce my bill by $320 but only because they had not actually unblocked the drain. This I accepted as a small win. Apparently, this job can take them 2 hours and they take the risk that it could be longer so as you can see this is a much more reasonable rate of $500 per hour (after deducting a call out fee that they don't charge) for fixed price job.”

I wanted a quote on putting in an air condition in my bedroom and lounge. The man that came looked at the rooms where my aircon was going and then proceeded to look outside (fine so far) then he notice something and started to tell me how dangerous this was and how I could die if not fixed but no worries they could fix it. then asked to see the power box and without my permission unscrewed the meter cover and told that a million and one things were wrong and how my house could burn down or I could get a shock. ( now I have just had an electrician working on this as they were putting in solar) but according to Pasco other electricians are useless and don't look after the client. but ofcouse Pascos do? what rubbish. he then quoted me $8000 to fit two air cons (not supply) just fit and do an upgrade on my electrics when I said I would think about it he proceeded to threaten me saying that he might have to report me to Western Power and these things needed to be done. I said email me the quote and I will look at it. he refused to email it ( i wonder why) and had it written out and then asked me to sign it. I said no Im not signing anything and he literally stood on my doorstep refusing to go and saying agin if I did not sign I would lose the quote and I might be in danger!! I was threatened, intimidated, bullied and left shaking. I am still shaking now. please do not use this company they should be shout down now!!! discusted I give this company NO STARS!!”
