“The company advertise 2-4 days for delivery and are happy to charge your card straight away. I chased on the requested day of delivery only to find there is no stock of r6 insulation nor any guarantee in the next six weeks. There was no communication that the delivery would be an issue, which is disappointing. They were happy to refund quickly but wished they wouldn't waste people's time. I recommend adjusting the website to reflect the available stock and not charging people until the supply is ready.”
