“These guys are soo freeken good. The ducted vacuum unit is solid, never an issue with the unit, replaced hose after 5yrs of abuse. Anytime I've suspected an issue I email and they give me step by step instructions for testing the unit without a fuss.”

“I have had the best service from this particular store. My mum was after a whole house of lights and the staff member was so helpful. Mum has a speech issue due to a stroke and is very uncomfortable talking to strangers. Jules made her feel so comfortable. Excellent service would highly recommended and they really know their stuff. Even go there just for globes now. A+”

“Best vacuum I have owned! The Elcop Vigor is very quiet, easy to manoeuvre and cleans great! I have 3 bedrooms with carpet and it works like a treat. It also does very well on tiles and hard surfaces. All the attachments are great and allow me to clean different surfaces. Very happy with the purchase”

Ive tried several other brands and although on paper they say it is the same, when it comes to real life use after it has been installed, the diamond series is by far the superior product.
