“I chose this company because of their good reviews and star rating, I also liked the price that was quoted.we had a bit of a communication hiccup to start with but the lady that I originally spoke to said it was her first day so fair enough. I was told that the installer would arrive between 12pm and 2pm which suited me because I had appointments in the morning but when I arrived home around 11:45 he was finishing up, I had missed a text from him around 10:15 saying that he would be there in 15 minutes. He did his job because my husband was at home but he didn't connect my mobile to the wi-fi so now has to come back to do that which he could have done when I arrived home.
