“Currently looking at having solar panel installed. Left a message to obtain a quote and I have just received a call (10mins before writing this review) from a guy, didn't quite catch the name unfortunately. Obviously, being the first time I am looking at having solar power installed, I have lots of questions to understand if I am getting the best product, service and value. He sounded irritated and spoke to me in an arrogant, you-are-stupid-and-asking-way-too-many-questions manner. His prices seemed reasonable, not the cheapest but not far off from the cheapest I received so far. Even though I was taken aback from the call, I decided to take the high road and I was willing to consider the company, hoping that the work would be good at least even if the customer service was bad. However, I thanked him for his time and informed him that I would get back in touch soon and just before hanging up, he clearly and loudly said "what a waste of time"! Obviously, I don't think he realised that he said it before hanging up, but just because of that, I will no longer consider going through Sun Gods Solar. A shame really.”
