However, the report's quality was compromised by poor photos that made it difficult to identify the issues the inspector was highlighting. After residing in the property for 10 months, it is evident that several critical issues were overlooked, while insignificant ones were prioritized in the report. It is difficult to comprehend how an inspector could complete a 3x2 property size report in such a rush and charge $600. I am absolutely dissatisfied with the report's quality and accuracy, given the property's actual condition. If the report had been more precise, I could have negotiated a better purchase price or potentially decided against buying the property altogether.”
