“Ordered carpet in Oct. Now Dec. Order acknowledged but not one piece of information about delivery received and no delivery. Surprise surprise all links to Zanui info have been and are dead and the site is removed. A change of ownership is no excuse for slack supply chain performance. Bought thousands of $ with Zanui so far but no more and I advise you to also search out alternatives. Now, there's no way to contact the company, the website is removed. No email or contact link, nothing! This is is a scammer business and with new owners will get doubtlessly get worse. Says delays up to 10 days because I'm remote(ish) but that was more than a month ago. A company's internal dynamic is irrelevant to purchasers. Raise a ruckus and vote with your $$$ … go somewhere else. Simple!”

“I have placed an order and received an unusual email back from Zanui saying that they have credited my account with a small amount 0.02c and I am to respond to the email. If I don’t respond to the email they will refund my money. I did not receive a confirmation email for my order. My Hotmail account is now locked because someone has tried to access my hotmail. Seem to be unable to contact them as I now can’t email and their phone number does not appear to be working. Can anyone help me with this please”

“Never using this pathetic business again. Took over a month from purchase for delivery, because they use a tenth rate delivery company who lost parts of the delivery. Avoid Zanui at all costs.”

“I had 4 Ivy storage cabinets delivered last week , unfortunately 2 doors came with scratches on the front doors. I notified the company , within 24 hours , Carla from Customer service was on the case and came back to me with a swift resolution to my problem. Was very happy with the outcome , did not have to chase them , Carla was quick to sort my issue out and was very happy with the outcome. Thank you Carla , you were great and made the process stress free, I’ll be back for more products. 10/10”

“Shoddy goods I was very disappointed that some chairs which I ordered from Zanui broke without any excessive wear and tear after 4 years. (2 of which they were effectively in storage because of lockdown). Customer service didn't want to acknowledge any responsibility on behalf of their Company for the integrity of their products and just hid behind their minimum terms. These chairs were not cheap.”

“I will NEVER use this company again. Before making my order I specifically emailed to ask the delivery time - I was ordering a mattress because I just moved to Australia. They said the delivery will take maximum 7 business days. It's been 2 weeks since I made my order and I still haven't received it. They won't let me refund and so I've been sleeping on my floor since I can't get a refund to buy a new one elsewhere. They then told me the expected delivery time is another 5-15 business days so overall the wait time is minimum 3 weeks not 7 business days as the initially told me. If I had known this I wouldn't have ordered! They haven't offered any support such as a refund, discount, or faster delivery.”

“I ordered an outdoor table, it arrived promptly and was good quality. However the design was incompatible with the legs on my existing chairs. As I can not afford new chairs and have not got room for an extra table it had to go back. Mike at Zanui organised to have it picked up and offered a reasonable refund. I would deal with Zanui again.”
