“Pendant light received in the stated timeframe and it looks great. Also received a helpful reply to a product query. Being picky but the order tracking info could be a little better. And one thing outside their control (other than switching delivery companies) is that I watched the CouriersPlease guy carelessly drop the box containing the light fitting on the road so he could scan it. That aside, I'd buy online from Alpha Lighting again.”

“I ordered off the internet site which said the lights I wanted were in stock after a bout 5 days I got an email saying the week out of stock and discontinuedand did I want another light I replied no can you just send me a refund, 3 days later I send another email asking for my refund still no reply 2 days later I call the company they say someone will call me back, another 2 days later still no call I call again they say it has been marked as urgent someone will call me back. the next day which was a Tuesday I get email saying they have decided to refund my money and my refund will be scheduled for the end of the week, now it is Sunday and still money has no cleared into my account. so they took my money for a product they did not have and could not get as it had been discontinued then held it for 3 weeks whilst avoiding my emails and calls hopefully I get my money back tomorrow. very poor customer service I will not buy from them again”

“My order was unexpectedly placed on back order, so an initial delay was experienced. But once i contacted Alpha, Chris immediately responded, was very apologetic, and rectified the situation straight away. I received my order within 24 hours. Very happy with the quality of the product too. Would definitely use Alpha again despite the hiccup, mainly due to their reaction 👍🏻”
