After constant attempts to arrange a return and a refund, a return postage label was provided to me and the item sent back to them. Australia Post tracking confirms that the item was delivered and again, after numerous attempts to chase my refund, I received a text advising that I would be refunded by the following Wednesday. I never received my refund and they continue to ignore my calls, texts and emails. How a small business can treat another in this way is absolutely disgusting. Don't waste your time or money.”

“My experience with Apu's World has been terrible. On 2 May 21 I purchased a JellyFish Lava Lamp for my son's birthday in early June. On 2 July 21 I followed up with customer support and was told in an email someone would get back to me within 48 hours. I heard nothing. I have contacted customer service twice since then, in August and September, and have received no response. I have still not received the lamp. I won't use them again and suggest you don't either based on my bad experience.”
