Whoever is gonna buy the pergo flooring I wouldn't recommendit is beautiful flooring but I changed my tile flooring due to the fact I never wanted to scrub the grout. So I purchased the pergo grey oak flooring, and yes I have 4 children and busy household but looks like I still have to scrub grout lines. Very disappointing as we spent a whole lot of money on these beautiful flooring, but my problem still not solved. ”

“The rug itself is fine but the service was just awful. They marked the rug as dispatched the day after I purchased it but only actually gave it to the courier 10 days afterwards. Then the courier kept it in the warehouse for another 6 days which is appalling. No public holidays or anything unusual that they had to contend with, just poor logistics. Also bear in mind this was all within NSW. Stop using Covid as an excuse for poor service! ”

“I recently contacted Carpet Call, Fountain Gate regarding a 3.5m x 4m rug. Due to the size that I was asking for Brad was excellent with his customer service and support in setting me in the right direction to make a purchase. Once I selected the carpet it was only a short time until I had a call from Omar the overlocker. The large carpet rug was ready and Omar had also added underlay for me at a very good price. Very impressed overall - thank you Carpet Call, Fountain Gate, Brad and Omar.”

Pushy on asking customer to sign even verbal explanation different from quote. Asking for a good review on website at start , even service has not been completed yet... what a joke. Even threatened customer that a bad review can be sued for "defamation." Poor customer service, no accountability nor apologies on mistakes done . Manager had Poor ethics and NO management skills , no communication skills Plus Cannot get back deposit if you change mind if found cheaper quote. “CC Bundall & Head office Qld have the worst customer service I have ever experienced! From the wrong layout instructions being sent to the installers, causing 7.5hr job), to a manufacturer’s flaw in bdrm carpet & worst of all a unit full of carpet that sounds like you are walking on loose pebbles? After many phone calls & inspections by CC & Victoria Carpets this was their response: “your complaint is not deemed to be covered under warranty & we will not be able to assist you any further in this matter” writing more emails, they agreed to fix the flaw but they expected an elderly couple (70 & 84) to prep the room or pay the installers to do it - Really? After 3 months of not getting anywhere, the stress became too much for us to handle - Carpet Call won the battle - we walked away with no satisfaction, empathy, respect & a carpet that still makes noise! CC gets their money up front & it’s too bad if you have a bad outcome thru NO Fault Of Your Own. We cannot recommend this company to anyone. P & B Iljadica ”

“Horrible quality and service provided. Cheap quality rugs. Paid $820 for a rug (original price $1529) which is so poorly made and didn’t even last a month. Horrible service and not a care, not my problem attitude by state manager Peter. Rug was bought a month ago and it had issues, contacted the store (within a month) and Peter’s response “ I would also suggest that the rug by moved away slightly from the front of the couch…so they are not constantly used every time you sit on the couch.” Understand rug will have wear and tear after a few months but wasn’t made aware that it will be such a poor quality rug that it will look like a second hand rug with in a month (only used by 2 people mostly for a few hours in the evening after work). What is the point of a rug if it had to be pulled away and not stepped on? ”

She then paid %40 deposit upfront. 2 days before install they call me and demand the remaining %60 be paid. I had no idea they required full payment before the jobs even started. When the tradee got there he said he can’t use the old underlay, so we went with the installers advice and decided to get new underlay in the job. Carpet call then charges me $200 for the job not being able to completed on the day. wish I had never set foot in the store. ”
