“Clean House Melbourne: Dishonest Cleaning Service. Mimmo the owner sold me a ‘perfect clean’ for $100 per hour. Said it would require 4 hours to clean my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. My apartment was in excellent condition as we have high standards and wanted to keep it that way. Cleaner arrived (Mimmo’s wife) and she reported apartment would take 5 hours therefore she can only clean either one bathroom or my kitchen and living room!! I was unhappy but there was nothing I could do as the payment was already made as that was required upfront. Then to discover 4 hours later : there was dust, hair and many parts of the apartment left unclean (see photos). When I approach Mimmo again saying that he should do the right thing by offering to return to complete the clean: my texts was ignored. $400 for a half untouched and not cleaned apartment. What a scam! DO NOT use this service.”
