The assistant took half an hour to calculate a refund of money as she found difficult to calculate and would not take my suggestion on board nor listen to my solution. Ieft the store in a disatissfied manner. In contrast I have found the Domain store to be very accommodating and friendly and in particular my dealings with Amiee.”
