“Well I am still waiting for the product, it hasn't been delivered to my knowledge and the cost for delivery was very high, almost as much as the cost of the product, so I would like it to be delivered to my door.”

“Absolutely useless, took a week to reply to me after ordering saying item was out of stock, 2 week lead time to get to YOUR warehouse to be dispatched from there so up to a month lead time. No reply when refund requested I had to call up to find out my order had been cancelled but not refunded over 2 weeks later (that’s the refund being actioned, not landing in my account). Ridiculous.”
