“I purchased lights from this company they advertise GE lighting I purchase sum I told the ladie spacificly what I was after they sent me cheap DE BRAND MADE IN CHINA I asked 4 times gave the sku codes of product to be told they had 40 lights in stock the brand I wanted they wrote me a invoice the the product I wanted they sent me rubish but charged me top dollar premium price for a 45 dollar product I payed over 150 each i called them they were rude and told me I wasn't getting a refund the stored my credit card details because they told me they was running my card straight away 3 hours later no invoice then I call to see where my invoice was she read my numbers out over the phone 3 hours later I gave her 3 hours earlyer so they stored my private details wrote them down witch is against the law to save custermers credit card details I called again 3 more times got hung up on twice then called bak to be told im not getting a refund till I pay to send the crappy cheap inferia product bak when they took my money before sending anything to me I asked for the product i purchased and got told im not getting a refund or new product until I send them bak it was a urgent purchase so I had lights in my factory for my workers at night I can buy the lights local in my home town if they refunded me I could of got my factory functionl instead of sending 7 workers home with no work that night no pay ether they cost my buissness money and production making goods for the night I call bak again ask for the manager I was told he call me in 25 minutes no call all arvo or night from anyone they sell u products not as described and then when u raise issues they blatenly be rude extort u for for refunding or replaceing there product that isn't the product u order I reckon most people woulda not noticed but I been dealing with THE MANAFACTURER OF PRODUCT I ORDERED I DID NOT RECIVE..I BEEN DEALING WITH THIS BRAND FOR A LONG TIME GE LIGHTING AND I KNOW THE DIFFRENCE BY A BOX AND LOGO EMBLEM THEY TRIED TELLING ME IT WAS THE PRODUCT I ORDERED BUT ON MY INVOICE IT CLEARLY SHOWS WHAT I ORDERED AND PAYED FOR IF U WANT DRAMAS I SURGUEST DONT BY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY where ment to liv in Australia there lost my buissness in the future and anyone I tell my storey too I know alot of people with factory's that work 24/7and need plenty of lighting plus my own ones please becareful of this company there ruthless and rude.....”

“THANKS FOR SPAMMING MY BUSINESS! AT NO STAGE DID I EVER SIGN UP TO RECEIVE YOUR EMAILS! NOW REPORTED AND BLOCKED! Yet again another business that likes to find email addresses and then spam them with their rubbish! Reported as spam and now blocked! It's beyond me why any business would willingly do this when people haven't requested to sign up in the first place. And before you ask, no, I'm NOT clicking on UNSUBSCRIBE. I never subscribed in the first place. Woeful company, avoid!”

“All I wanted was one dimmable light globe. I received a dispatch notice after I purchased the globe and 7 days later still no sign of the goods. There was also no response to my first email on the whereabouts of my order, until I chased up the courier company with a goods not received query. I then received a response to my email saying that the goods were no longer in stock and had been delayed until 22nd June and would I be prepared to wait. As the wait was only two weeks I said yes. The 22nd of June has come and gone, and three weeks later I still haven't received the goods. I sent an email asking for an update on 2nd July, and as yet still haven't received a response. I know COVID-19 has played havoc with shipments, and I can accept delays with orders, but not the lack of communication regarding my order.”
