“Luxaflex thinks it's okay to charge 100% upfront, before you as a customer receive anything. It's not okay. It's not only not okay, it's outrageous and contrary to normal business practice. Nobody gets paid until the job is done properly in any business. Everyone's okay with 50% upfront to cover the manufacturing cost, but why would anyone trust some Luxaflex franchise to actually finish the job? There's no incentive for them to once they've got 100% of your money. Payment of the balance on installation is normal business practice. In a time when businesses can disappear overnight - especially tiny franchises, which is the Luxaflex model - there's no guarantee you'll ever see anything. This is bad business, decided by people who don't understand how the business world works. Avoid Luxaflex until they start behaving normally.”

“We visited the Luxaflex store in castle hill and the Lady was lovely and organised a free measure and quote for us. The sales rep came and that night provided a quote by email. You could accept or decline the quote. We declined because it was much more than we anticipated. The next thing I was receiving rude and harassing email from the sales person. It was unacceptable and what kind of customer service is that?????? Never heard of! Looking for a contact to report him. We are disgusted with his behavior! Maybe this is how he reacts when you decline a quote.”

“It's interesting that reviews average 4.8 Stars on the Luxaflex site, yet only 2.2 on ProductReview.com.au My client bought an apartment full of beautiful Luxaflex blinds three years ago, and within less than a year was having problems with them. They look great, and the Duetts were fabulous, but they are all being ripped out now due to constant failures and a poor installation in MDF in one case. They have spent hundreds of dollars on repairs to date, but this is unsustainable. When we tried to get Luxaflex to fix anything recently, nobody could even come to the property for a month, and it would have been a minimum cost of $400 to take them away to be fixed, because they apparently cannot be fixed on site. Such a disappointment, a waste of money, and now the blinds are going to landfill.”

“Blinds were installed on the day they had stated. However one blind was incorrreect size.They still installed, but said they would return after the christmas holidays break. I contacted Zen blinds for an update recently and was told there was a delay due to christmas , which i understand, but we are now approaching the end of January 2021.We are still awaiting the replacement of the blind.with no further corrospondece from Zen Blinds.”
