“I had made an error in the selection of my canvas awning colours. As the awning was about to be fitted at my residence I thought no this is not the colour I selected, something is different? I spoke to Guiseppe about my concerns. His reaction to me was of the highest customer service level. He said one step at a time, let's check with the sample and sent me a photo. It matched, I had made a mistake. He then offered me the option of re-skinning the awning in a different colour. I have visited Fabrique and made another selection to my satisfaction.
