“One of the worst experiences buying home products. I ordered a birthday present and it never showed up. The courier was dishonest saying he was delivering it when it was never delivered Tillys customer service, was asking me to wait 20 days to except the return back to them and then wait another 20 days to mail it back to me with the same courier. I am in the wholesale retail business as well and I know that you never want to lose a customer or give a customer a reason to give a bad review. I think they could’ve worked harder to resolve the issue.”

“Not a good experience. I wanted to place an order and it kept rejecting my card. I knew it was not on my end so I tried 3 more times to place the order. The next day I checked my card and they had taken out the amounts 4 times! I immediately sent an email about the discrepancy. They totally ignored it and sent all 4 orders. Then they said I never sent an email and offered me a refund to keep all the items. I finally agreed since they are in another country and it would cost more than they are worth to return them. Ultimately they send a tiny refund. Nothing like the one they offered. Just be very careful when ordering from them. The spoons are nice but truly not worth the hassle and you really don’t want to have to return them to another country.”
